Planning – Application Comments

It is very important to refer to the page  www.bedford.gov.uk/planningcomments prior to the submission of your comments. This is so you understand our policies, including where your comments are shown and how we approach Offensive or Discriminatory representations, as you should be aware that you may be committing an offence by sending such material and may be prosecuted.

 To Read any correspondence received from 14.11.2016: Click on Public Comments to see Public representations, for all other correspondence such as Agent or Consultee incl. Parish comments, please click on the Documents Tab, then View Associated Documents. (Information will be added as the application progresses). Correspondence received before 14.11.16 is predominantly only available at the Councils Customer Services Centre during office hours, however in the Comments section, you can see some earlier Public comments and Consultee Comments.

Comments may not be submitted at this time.

This type of application is either determined and there is no requirement to Consult according to Planning Legislation or we were consulted by another Determining Planning Authority or is a request for information or notification only.
