We have no objection to the proposed plans at 20 Everard Road.

However, we believe a plan is required to detail the proposed finish of the party wall to the garage at number 22 following the demolition of the existing garage at number 20.

This is due to the existing garages sharing a pitched roof which rests on a single skin party wall.

We would propose that the applicant at number 20 extend the height of the existing party wall to create a parapet in which a new roof structure for the garage at number 22 can be tied into.
