In respect to the application 23/00841/FUL, we would like to support the application for the erection of a two storey extension to nr6 Duck End Lane. We consider that the extension would seat well within the local vernacular of the area and would be sympathetic with the existing street scene.

Although this application falls within a flood risk zone, I notice that the two storey extension follows the foot print of the previous approved ground floor planning permission and would therefore not be detrimental to the current flood risk assessment.
