As the rear wall of this application adjoins our property, and forms the property boundary, we have a couple of concerns.

We note that the intended use for this conversion is for additional living space, this raises a couple of questions; there would be almost no natural light and there would be a significant issue with respect to insulation.

We are therefore concerned that in the future a window maybe inserted in this wall. We would have serious concerns in this respect regarding privacy.

We seek assurances that this wall will not be modified in any way.
