I have a major concern regarding the development of the flats.
The Noise
I do not believe the walls have the correct or necessary insulation to stop sound from travelling through our adjoining wall. The walls are simply 2 bricks put together and have never been updated during the development of the flats. I can hear everything in the next-door flats, which is disturbing my right to peaceful enjoyment of my property. Whilst I have no problem with the property being flats. I would want the walls to be properly insulated. I can hear the kettle being flicked on in the morning and everything else in between until the neighbours go to bed.
Can the walls be properly insulated with cavity wall insulation if the planning is granted?
