My concern regarding the above application are as follows.
Will the application between the two properties involve the replacement/removal of the current extension as I feel this has encroached my boundary line.
The way it was built the roof slants down to my property and no room was allowed to install guttering. Said guttering cannot be maintained by my neighbour unless he accesses my property, which is well over the the boundary line which I find unfair with scant regard for my property.
Will the current encroachment be investigated? before any decision is made by yourselves. I look forward to hearing from you regarding my concerns.
