My garden backs right onto the proposed extension and I object due to the following:-
The extension would be far too close to my garden causing sufficient increase in noise the extra deliveries and footfall would increase my anxiety and the unbearable extra anti social behaviour that this sort of establishment would bring. We have enough trouble and reports to the police with the current business we already have. We already have a fish and chip shop takeaway which is more than sufficient and causes anti social behaviour (please refer to the police for the reports of these problems)
In the spring and summer months my space in the garden would be severely compromised and my well being affected and the noise from inside my house would be increased.
I strongly oppose to the extension and the change of business as these business building were built as requested and permitted there should be no allowance for any further extensions to be permitted.
This should be rejected and my health and well being and that of my children should be more important than any money a business is looking to make.
