I wish to make a comment on the above planning application. I have no problem with the planned first floor extension along the side of the house, I feel the single floor rear extension would seriously impact the natural light levels in my house next door and negatively affect the value of my house. If you were to allow this application, I feel that a height and projection restriction should be considered to any rear single floor extention.
