We wish to make a comment on the above application for a single storey extension of between 3-6 metres.

We are the owners of the ? Acacia Road, which is let to our tenant, ?

We have no objection to a rear single storey extension to no. 54 Acacia Road, provided that it is in keeping with the extension the other side of our property (no. 50 Acacia Road) - We consider that an extension of six metres would be excessive and have a detrimental impact on our property.

Our tenant has made a comment about parking, which is concerning. The owners of no. 54 Acacia Road have made it clear to ? that they own ALL the parking space in front of their property. Whenever ? has been unable to park outside no. 52, because the space is occupied, she has parked legitimately outside no. 54. The owners of no. 54 have promptly 'boxed her in' and she has been unable to move her car. When she has requested that the owners of no. 54 move their vehicles to let her out, they have stated that she has no right to park outside their house because they own the entire frontage. This is ridiculous and unlawful. As owners of the property, therefore, we urge the Council to look into this situation and make it clear to the owners of no. 54 that they do not own the road outside their property. ? commented that the owners of no. 54 ?
