No proposed roof plan has been submitted to fully establish and assess what changes are proposed to the roof/roof form and height.
Based on the existing and proposed elevations submitted, it appears that changes to the main roof are occurring.
Furthermore, the proposed site plan does not tally up with the existing and proposed floor plans, in particular the protruding rear section of the kitchen.
It is essential for the case officer to check these aspects and subsequently request further information from the applicant.
